Peel-Type Blind Rivets are a type of blind rivet specifically designed for joining low-strength or easily deformable materials such as plastics, wood, composites, and thin sheets.
During installation, the tail of the rivet splits longitudinally and spreads outward, forming a “petal-like” structure. This significantly increases the load-bearing area on the blind side, thereby reducing localized compression of the soft material by the rivet.
